Astros Game

I felt a little guilty enjoying the baseball game as much as we did especially considering we got the tickets for free from my sister. The tickets were initially intended for cousin Levi’s 6th birthday party, however Levi got sick and so the party was cancelled. Not wanting the pre-bought tickets to go to waste, my sister thought of us and gave us the party tickets. We invited Jeff’s sister Val to come and made a family event out of it. While I’m pretty sure Jeff watched was the only one who watched the majority of the game, it was a great night. I just enjoyed the atmosphere and spent most of the time doing wedding talk with Aunt Val. The kids behaved awesome although I’m sure we still caused a scene. The best part of the night was the fireworks after the game…they were AWESOME! Ali was in awe of them and even after they were over she kept searching the sky line for more. Ali slept for about 20 min in the 4 inning and was up until 12:30 that night WIRED. Ty stayed up pretty late that night as well and was still running circles by the time we got to the car but, that’s nothing new, he’s a 5 year old boy and I don’t expect anything less.




























My problem. My problem is that I joined facebook. It’s not a problem like you might think such that, I’m addicted to it and now neglect my blog (although it may seem like it). The real problem is that I can upload 20 pictures to my facebook account in five minutes, and on my blog account it would take hours to load that many. Plus it’s easier to put captions and such on facebook. On my blog account it doesn’t show the picture (in the editing) it only shows some number code…which is very annoying in trying to figure out which picture it is. Does any one know a faster way?
Sorry for the shaft friends. I’m trying to get everything in my life organized (and yes the blog in on the list of “thing to do”). I feel like things are getting into routine with Ty being in school and I’m gradually checking things off my list. I won’t consider this my “update” post that I badly need to do but this is just to keep you satisfied for those of you that have e-mailed me asking for a post. Soon I promise, soon.
