Ty is officially 3 feet tall... If you look closely you can see the water goes all the way up to his knees.

This was our drive way it was covered in water. A few weeks ago it rained and poured for MANY days...all day and all night. When the rain finally cleared I put Ty's rain boots on and let him stomp, jump and run through the puddles.
