Pictures, Pictures and more Pictures.

Look at those chunky cheeks. My nickname for her is chunky monkey!

Cuddled up in grandmas lap

Ty and dadd with the new dog Flash!
Yes, I did say new dog...to make a sad story short our sweet little puppy Daisy made a suicide attempt (And was sucessful) when she chewed on the wiring around the AC unit in our backyard (Jeff's parents found her little body while we were at the hospital having Ava). I didn't have the heart to tell Ty it died so I told him it ran away. Last week when we were visiting grandpa and grandma there was a family selling chocolate labs. The clan winded up buying 3 of them for a steal of a deal. Brooklyn (ty's cousin got one), Ty got one and even grandpa bought one. We cut a deal with grandpa to buy Ty's puppy and we would take care of both the puppies until they got bigger. They were only 5.5 weeks old when we got them and were too small for all the holes and such in my dad's backyard.

They are the cutest little puppies. We had to get different colored collars on them so Ty could tell them apart. Flash is our newest dog and we are the foster famliy to Moose.

4 generations of lives I love, love, love to cuddle with the chunky monkey

This one is randome but it cracks me up.. she really tries to hold her head up...but this is the postion she usually winds up in.
Look at the poof and volume in that hair. This was right after bathtime. Her hair gets oily and greasy really fast.
ohh to be so relaxed and care free!
We swaddle her up to sleep at night but during the day she a big fan of turning to her side and sleeping on her hands.
Me and my baby girl:)

Ty's not sure what to think of her when she cries.
Here she is working on her run way walk
Ty is practicing infant CPR...we taught it too him just in case, you can never be too careful...just kiddding this is how he gives her kisses...total mouth to mouth
this picture is a little fuzzy but its my all time favorite face that she makes and I finally caught it on camera. Ty used to do this exact face and stretch when he woke up. LOVE IT!
I just want to eat her up!

Thought you all would enjoy some more pictures of Ava. She is offically 2 weeks old today. Man the two weeks AFTER the birth go by alot faster then the two weeks PRIOR. Our time has been spent with lots of visits from family and to family.

Everything has been pretty good smooth sailing. The alien child that took over my son has left and my sweet boy has returned. He is in love with Ava and loves to shower her with kisses and talk about how cute she is. Ava is sweet and precious. She eats good and sleeps well. I can tell she's putting on weight by the fat rolls on her arms and legs and her checks look like little chipmunks. She is no light contenter in the baby weight division. She looked right into my eyes as I feed her today and I swear she gave me a little smile that was more then just gas bubbles.

The worst thing that has happened so far has nothing to do with the kids (ahhh! I have KIDS...not just one!! It sounds weird to say KIDS!!!) Monday night I started running a fever and broke out in a freakish rash ALL over my body. I was MISERABLE and ithcy all over. I went to the doc to make sure it wasn't anything viral that I could pass on to the kiddos. All he could tell me was that it was an allergic reaction to SOMETHING? He gave me some medicine (which didn't work) and sent me on my not so merry way. ***On a side note about myself...when I am sick I want to be rest alone..don't talk to me and definately don't touch me.*** My husband of 5.5 years has learned this about me and packed up the kids and they all stayed at his parents house for 2 days.

The next 48 hours where a haze as I used up bottles of Caladryl, aloe vera, oatmeal, and any other anti-itch cream I could find. I was dopped up on Benadryl and vegged on the couch all day. Today I called the doc back and had him call in a steriod to speed up the process. The hives and rash are starting to slowly release my body back to me. The family came back to me today and now we are preparing for Jeff's departure. Jeff is packing his bags for 2 weeks in Australia (jealous?)
