Well I'm 29 years old today. Yipee. My last year in my 20s. It was a lame day. Can you say that about your birthday? Oh well. It was a bit anticlimatic. I got up at 6:40 for the new babysitting gig I'm doing, and just took care of kids all day until they left at 5. I was up all night with Ava, having issues over who knows what. Which then continued into today. It wasn't a bad or horrible day, but it was just like every other. Jeff left town this morning and won't be back until Tuesday, he did surprise we with a starbucks this morning. I didn't have cake or blow out candles or open any gifts. It was just me and my kids. My highlight of my day was watching the bachlor and finishing off a whole bag of Reisens (my weakness)..compliments of my sister who KNOWS I'm on a diet.
And this is a lame post. BLAH!

Happy Birthday! Just wait until the next birthday! I keep forgetting that Im actaully 30! Yuk. The Bachelor is ALWAYS my highlight of the week and my sisters always do that - bring me my favorite candy when they know Im trying to be healthy. Ty is still in my daily prayers - as are you.

I vote you plan babysitters a year in advance and you and Jeff go have a blast on your 30th! Ryan and I are planning a fun trip for our 30th - we are 20 days apart and then our anniversary is 20 days after my b-day.
Don't apologize! We can handle real life. What a bummer of a birthday. My 27th was like that. Philip was gone and nothing was special, so I took the kids and myself out to lunch. Wooopie.
