I have yet to get "pumpkin pictures" of my kiddos but I let the moment pass b/c nobody was in the mood the pose, especially my boy. That will have to be at a later time. Ty's favorite part was running the gerbal wheel. It was quite a sight.
We went during the afternoon on Sunday and it was HOT...Titus and Ava had no problem staying hydrated.
On Saturday night we did the corn maize just as the sun was setting. The boys had a great time but I was worried I was going to lose one of them they kept running a head and hiding from us in an attempt to jump out and scare us(a mother actually lost her 3 year old and was in a panic..she was found and safely returned)
We took a hay ride out to a pumpkin patch and got to pick out our own pumpkins. Ty picked a HUGE one (not pictured) while Levi and Titus got baby ones. Ava and I picked one that was still on the vine and torn it off:)

Jeff bought me some roasted corn..YUMMMY (corn is one of my FAVORITE food). I shared most of it with Ava and Titus, they kept coming back like little birds cheeping more a "bite" "bite" "bite" when it was all eaten I gave it to Ava and she munched and sucked on the husk for quite a while...a girl after my own heart.
A slide made of rollers. The secret was that the heavier you were the faster you went down. Jeff found this out the hard way. The little boys went down first and got a slow steady speed. Then Jeff went with Ava in his lap and almost knocked me over at the bottom, they were flying!

Great pictures - especially the one of Ava with the corn and the boys in the corn maze. I laughed at loud at Jeff and Ava flying down the slide unexpectedly. Looks like fun!
