da beach!

Have I mentioned that I love the area where we live? On a whim today we decided to go to the beach. We drove out with some friends and family and managed to cram in a few fun hours before the sun set. The water was freezing, but that didn’t stop my water bug from taking a dip in the ocean. We picked up a kite on the way out of town and Ty and I had a blast flying it together. Ava spent the majority of the time hanging out with Granni, walking up and down the beach and wading in the water. She got to play in the sand only briefly because she kept eating the sea shells and the sand…gag!
I spent the majority of my time indulging in my latest hobby of photography.
The only thing keeping it from a perfect Sunday afternoon was the fact that Jeff wasn’t with us.

I took pictures for acouple of hours so you can imagine how many I actually have...I posted some of my favorites. I am a sucker for pictures so consider this your warning for being bombared with cuteness!
