I think I mentioned before that Elle, our dog, ran away about 2 weeks ago. Come to find out someone found her…and kept her. We spotted her Saturday running around our neighborhood. The cute little girly pink collar had been replaced with a black one with spikes all over it. Obviously someone nabbed her and took her in…and apparently gave her a make-over. As she was running free in the neighborhood Jeff and I both tried chasing her down in our cars. The dog runs at lightening speed and our efforts were hopeless. We even tried bribing her with dog treats but she wanted NOTHING to do with us. These pictures could be a reason why she might never want to come home.

I am not sure what made me laugh harder.... the mental picture of pregnant April dashing thru the park at "lightning speed" to chase down a dog or the pics of batman and his dog torture tactics.... that is soooo funny!! I love those little boys and the way their minda work!
On a much more serious note... I do hope you get your dag back... How sad that someone took her and gave her a black spikey collar! Did you post missing signs w/ your phone #?
O, that's so sad. So your not getting your doggie back? Cale and I had to give up our dog before leaving for NJ. He was so beautiful but he had hip displacement and needed thousands and thousands of dollars of surgery. We couldn't afford it and he would not be able to walk within a year if we didn't get him help. So we gave him back to the SPCA where we got him. I hope he got the surgery and is at a good home.
