A tasty treat

Ty and I had a mommy & son day in Little Rock. We went to the zoo and saw all sorts of animals.

To the left, Ty is up on a ledge face to face with a grizzly bear! Ty looked like a tasty treat as the bear desperately clawed and teeted the window trying to take a chomp out of him. Of couse the fearless boy just laughed




Below, Ty is enamored by the elephants. His mouth is wide open with giggles and smiles.I let him stand on his stroller for a full view so he could see over the rail. The "elephants like Snuffy" were his favorite to watch. We spend about 15 minutes the first time (which is a long time as anyone who has a toddler boy would know). We went back by the elephant on our way out and got to see them eat their dinner.

As you probably can tell. It wasn't the best day to go to the zoo it was COLD and there was a 70% chance of rain.
