Picture Perfect Weekend

This weekend was full of family and friends all the while surrounded by beautiful weather.

As soon as Jeff got home Saturday morning, I tagged out and left to help with the HUGE annual garage sale our church puts on. As soon as I got back, Jeff tagged out and left to go do errands. As soon as he got back I tagged out again to met Mandy (Jeff's Middle sister) downtown to try on brides maids dress...she's getting married May 29. When I returned, Jeff and I teamed up to bath the kids and put them to bed.

Saturday just felt like a tag team wrestling match, where we took turning watching the kids. We both had a lot to do and not much time to do it.

Sunday was much more relaxing and peaceful. Despite the time change and loss of 1 hour sleep we still went to early service. My parents came down for the day and worship with us. After church we packed up a picnic and headed to the park with parents and my sister and her crew.

It was a GORGEOUS day. Just a picture perfect weekend...a good mix of productive and fun.

Ty was so sweet to intinally stand behind Ava as she went up the slide. This used to be his job when she was younger...to stand behind her in case she losses her balance (I guess so they both could fall). He did today as she walked up the big slide...sweet brother.
